If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please email us at support@starryseason.com to discuss this further.
Notice about shipping delays: Some packages may experience delays due to tariffs and related customs processing times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Return Conditions and Guidelines:
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the country of origin. Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged so they are not damaged in transit. Make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Please ensure the return request has been approved — without approval, your return may not be processed.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request the return details via support@starryseason.com. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Send the items to the return address. Make sure your package has a Track & Trace number. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount back in your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded within five business days.
