Our goal is to provide you with the best delivery options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver hundreds of orders to customers all around the world, maintaining the highest level of reliability at all times.
The order process consists of two parts:
Processing time: The order is accepted, checked for quality, and packaged. The order is handled entirely by a supplier in a third country. Our webshop acts as an intermediary and does not handle the import of goods into the United States or any other country.
All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after receipt.
Delivery time: Delivery time is the time it takes to transport the goods from us to the destination. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping is always free. All our products are delivered at no additional shipping cost.
Responsibility for Import Duties and Taxes
The customer is fully responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and VAT upon receipt of the goods. Our webshop facilitates the purchase but does not take responsibility for these costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any import regulations and additional charges that may apply in the country of delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
Our products are shipped directly from a third country, such as China, to the customer. Our webshop acts as an intermediary and does not handle the import of goods into the United States or any other country. Shipping is carried out by the supplier and falls under the supplier’s responsibility. As a result, delivery times may vary and customers may face customs inspections. There is a risk of delays or extra costs. The customer acknowledges and accepts that importation of goods may involve delays or additional fees (such as customs duties). These costs and risks are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our webshop cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by customs procedures or other external factors.
Please note: Some packages may experience delays due to tariffs and customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding.
Taxes and fees: You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and charges imposed by the jurisdiction from which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales or use tax, value-added tax, or customs duties.
Track Your Order
You can track your order through our Track & Trace page. Tracking is available online 2–3 days after your order has been placed, so you’ll always know when to expect your products.
